Can you believe that it’s already December? 2016 is almost over! December is definitely one of my favorite months of the year. I get to spend so much time with my family without the stress of school and work for a few weeks and it is so much fun. Keep reading to see some of my goals for this month. What are your goals this month?
1- Eat Healthier
While I don’t eat extremely unhealthy by any means, I always feel like I could be adding some more veggies in my diet. So, this month I am going to make it happen with some yummy recipes.
2 – Daily Probiotic and Multivitamin
At one time I was taking a multivitamin every morning, but when I finished off the bottle this summer I never even thought about buying another. With such great health benefits from both, there’s no excuse for me to not be taking them. If you aren’t familiar with them, Probiotics boost your immune system, give you a healthy gut and are great for your skin. Sounds great right?
3 – Clean out my closet
I’ve been slowly picking out things from my closet that I don’t love or wear anymore. This month I really want to get everything gone that is just taking up space, whether that is from making trips to Goodwill to donate or selling some items on Poshmark.
4 – Finish my Christmas shopping early
I’m so bad about waiting until a few days before Christmas to find that perfect gift for everyone on my list. This year I started shopping early to make my life a little easier – but I still have some gifts to buy before I can officially say that I am done.
5 – Finish 2 cross stitch or embroidery projects
My Grandma taught me how to embroider when I was around 7 and I finished a few projects for Christmas that year and never picked it back up. I cross stitch regularly so I would like to add more embroidery projects into the mix as well.
